The Pilates class is a general level mat class, sometimes using the ball or theraband, to condition the body, develop functional fitness and healthy movement patterns, and centre the mind with breath and body awareness.

The Yoga class is a nice chilled out vinaysa flow class, to close out your weekend and set you up for your week ahead feeling strong, stretched out and tension-free.

If you've been training for the London Marathon or have just been racking up the miles as part of a New Year's resolution, this full-body yoga-based stretch-out is designed specifically with runners in release tension, restore range of motion and reduce the risk of burn-out and injury.  All levels welcome.
